Product Description
The valve (control valve) consists of two main assemblies: the valve body assembly and the actuator assembly (or actuator system), which is divided into four series: single-seat series control valve, control double-seat series control valve, and sleeve Tube series control valves and independent series control valves. Variations of the four types of valves result in many different applicable configurations, most of which have their own special applications, features, advantages and disadvantages. Although some control valves have a wider range of application conditions than other valves, control valves are not suitable for all working conditions, so as to jointly build the best solution to enhance performance and reduce costs.
1. There are various types of control valves, and their applicable occasions are different. Therefore, the type of control valve should be reasonably selected according to the requirements of the process production process.
2. Pneumatic control valves are divided into two categories: air-opening and air-closing. The air-to-open control valve is closed in the fault state, and the air-to-close control valve is opened in the fault state. Some auxiliary equipment can be used to form a position-keeping valve or to make the control valve self-locking, that is, when a fault occurs, the control valve maintains the valve opening before the fault.
3. The air opening and air closing methods can be realized through the combination of forward and reverse actuator types and forward and reverse valves. When using a valve positioner, it can also be realized through a valve positioner.
4. Various control valves have different structures and have their own characteristics.
Control valves are considered to have two main assemblies: the valve body assembly and the actuator assembly (or actuator system). Valve Characteristic:
1. Valve plug has good stability. Rugged cage guiding provides excellent plug stability, which reduces vibration and mechanical noise; 2. Larger Flow Capacity. Streamlined flow channel with low flow resistance, provides excellent flow capacity;
3. Balanced Valve Plug Structure.Valve plug and cage composes of pressure-balanced structure, high precision & wide adjustable range, also suitable for high differential pressure condition. In case of small flow with large differential pressure, the needle valve plug is adopted, which has a large adjustable range and high adjustment accuracy.
4. High-Temperature Capacity with class IV or class V shutoff.
Our company adopts Balanced structure, which can realize Class V shutoff at temperatures up to 300 degrees;
Using of C -ring metal trim, which can realize Class V shutoff at temperatures up to 593 degrees;
5. Diaphragm actuator & piston actuator, compact structure ,large output pressure;
6. Stainless steel trim after standard treatment increased wear resistance and longer life.
