Product Description

The hard seal high-temperature ball valve adopts an eccentric structure, and the sealing specific pressure between the valve seat and the ball cold increases rapidly during the closing process, thus ensuring the reliable sealing of the sealing pair. When the valve is opened, the valve seat and the ball can be quickly separated, which effectively reduces the operating torque and minimizes the possibility of damage control between the valve seat surface and the spherical surface.



It can be used in both directions and is not easy to deposit dirt in the middle cavity.
The surface is specially hardened to ensure that there is a suitable hardness difference between the sealing pairs.

A ball valve has 7 essential parts that make up its structure:

• Body and cover (3): These are the pressure retaining parts, being the container for the internal parts of the valves. The body is where all the parts are assembled.
• Ball (4): It is the element located in the flow passage that allows (or prevents) the flow inside the line, through a 90º turn on an axis perpendicular to the flow direction.

• Valve stem seals (2): Valve stem seals are the sealing elements that are placed between the valve body and the valve stem to prevent leakage of fluid to the outside. They can be made of different materials.
