The high-pressure forged ball valve is a kind of ball valve used in high-pressure pipelines with novel structure, advanced technology and reliable performance, which is suitable for opening and closing devices on pipelines, storage tanks and container equipment of petroleum, chemical, electric power and other enterprises and departments to transport water, steam, oil and various corrosive gases and liquids.



Full channel design, low fluid resistance.
The valve adopts a three-body structure, which is easy to disassemble and assemble, and is convenient for on-site maintenance and replacement.
With fireproof structure, it can ensure the sealing reliability in the event of accidental fire, and the sealing surface is not easy to be washed by the medium.
The bottom-mounted stem and packing structure design prevent the stem from falling off, and the small size saves installation space.
The opening and closing force of the valve is small, and the switch is light.



The working principle of the high-pressure forged steel ball valve is that when the fluid enters the inner cavity of the valve, the channel of the fluid forms an annular space with a decreasing cross-section to achieve the purpose of truncation. Due to the action of a frictional moment in the truncation process, the valve produces an opening and closing action to complete the truncation function.

A ball valve has 7 essential parts that make up its structure:

• Body and cover (3): These are the pressure retaining parts, being the container for the internal parts of the valves. The body is where all the parts are assembled.
• Ball (4): It is the element located in the flow passage that allows (or prevents) the flow inside the line, through a 90º turn on an axis perpendicular to the flow direction.
• Stem (1): This is the element that actuates the ball, and can be manually or automatically operated (electrically or pneumatically).
• Handle: This is the lever that allows the ball to be operated through the stem.
• Seats (5): These components, made of different materials, are positioned to hold the ball between the sealing surfaces of the seat itself, thus allowing the fluid to be hermetically sealed.
• Body seals: These are the elements that prevent fluid leakage to the outside between the body and the valve cover. They can be made of various materials.
• Valve stem seals (2): Valve stem seals are the sealing elements that are placed between the valve body and the valve stem to prevent leakage of fluid to the outside. They can be made of different materials.
