Fully welded ball valve also called Welded Body Ball Valve, as the body is fully welded. The fully welded body ensures that no external leakage path from valve body. All welding processes are qualified and performed according to ASME Section IX. The welding for the valve body are to performed with Non-destructive tests.
We manufacture fully welded trunnion ball valve, side entry construction; also customized fully welded ball valve or similar to cameron fully welded ball valves, especially cameron t31 fully welded ball valve design.
Ball valves utilise a hollow ball that allows a flow through it when in the open position and isolates when closed. The ball is driven via a spindle that fits into a slot milled into the hollow ball, which in turn is operated by a lever to open and close the ball. The ball valve spindle is encased in the valve body neck and is sealed by a range of neck seals, to prevent leakage, in addition, the ball is sandwiched between two body/ball seats that ensure positive sealing.
